Appointment
After sending an online order, the customer receives an automated e-mail to the specified e-mail address with which we confirm receipt of the order (order confirmation). The order confirmation is binding and is considered as conclusion of contract.
Within 8 days the order will be sent together with the invoice.
Delivery / Collection
We deliver your ordered items directly to your home by Swiss Post. For this we charge you a shipping and handling fee of Fr. 16.00.
Shipping only within Switzerland.
You can also pick up the ordered items in the studio at Rosshofgasse 7 in Basel.
In this case, there are no shipping costs.

Payment is made by inpayment slip/online banking
Cash payment applies for collection from the shop

The current value added tax is included in all prices.

Printing and data errors
We assume no liability for possible data errors in our online shop due to slight negligence. We are not liable for inadvertently wrong price labels or product descriptions.
